Ocean Lakes Family Campground offers great diversity in camping accommodations and guest services.
We have 859 transient campsites. The campsites are large, pull-through sites along paved roads. Every site includes: 20-30-50 amp electric, water, sewer, complimentary 64-channel cable TV hookup, Wi-Fi and a modem friendly phone jack with free local calls. Large concrete pads are available. A picnic table and curbside trash pick up daily are provided for your convenience. We don’t add on for people, pets or hookups!
Ocean Lakes Transportation and Camper Storage Department will tow your camper onto your reserved campsite at Ocean Lakes as often as you wish to stay with us. There are no additional pull fees (sometimes charged by others to tow your camper each way).
Perhaps you do not camp – no problem! We have more than 300 rental sites that sleep from four to twenty people. Prices vary depending on the size of the rental unit and its proximity to the ocean.
Golf cars are a fun part of the Ocean Lakes culture. They are a convenient mode of transportation and helpful in transporting our guests around our 310 acre property. Guests can bring their own electric golf car, or rent one of ours from Ocean Lakes Golf Cars Rentals, Sales and Service. We even offer golf car storage.

Arrive at Ocean Lakes, drive to your site, set up* your camper, and enjoy your vacation! We store travel trailers, 5th Wheels (including Goose Neck style and short bed modified such as SuperGlide and Pull-Rite), and even Motorhomes.*
Ocean Lakes offers this outstanding service to hundreds of our guests! We will tow your camper onto your reserved campsite at Ocean Lakes as often as you wish to stay with us. There are no additional pull fees (sometimes charged by others to tow your camper each way) as long as you notify us of a “same day” pull before 3 PM.
Camper Storage Rates
Storage fees are $255 quarterly, quarters beginning in January, April, July, and October. Any camper being placed into storage will be subject to a minimum $85 storage fee (non-refundable). Campers being placed into storage during a month will be charged on a pro-rated basis to the first of the following month on a basis of $21.25 per week and then on a $85 per month basis to the first month of the following quarter. Reservations for Storage Campers
In order to have your storage camper pulled on site, you must make reservations and contact the Main Office at 1-877-510-1413 no later than two days prior to your arrival. Please review Camper Storage Policies.
Short Term Trailer Storage Available
Short Term Utility/ Boat Trailer Parking is available if additional space at your site is preferred. All Ocean Lakes camping and Annual Lease Site guests can utilize our existing “Short Term” parking program ($10/ day). This parking area is located within our Camper Storage lot (just across the street next to Exxon gas station on route 544). Stop by the front office to register your utility trailer, boat, jet-skis, motorcycle trailer, or car dolly and our 24 hr security team will escort you over to the lot.
* Motorhomes: The guest must come into the Main Office and be escorted to the storage area by Security where they will drive/pull their camper to and from their reserved site.
* If you’d like your camper set up for you, contact Ocean Lakes RV Center at 800-226-7716. The charge for setting up is $65 and to set up and break down is $125.

Ocean Lakes does offer a few discounts throughout the year. We do not honor membership club discounts. We feel that our rates are very fair, providing our guests with value. However, we do offer discounts to senior citizens and extended-stay guests. Some discounts are not available from May 15 until Labor Day Weekend due to occupancy levels.
Weekly Discount: We offer $1 off per night for guests staying 7 or more nights, excluding May 15 until Labor Day weekend.
Senior Discount: We offer $1 off per night for our senior citizen guests beginning at 60 years of age. There is no minimum stay for this discount. However, it excludes May 15 until Labor Day.
Monthly Escalating Discount: For guests who stay 28 days or more, we offer a special discount. During the summer months, the maximum discount for 28 days or more is $2 per day. However, from Labor Day weekend until the next May, we offer $2 off per day for the first 28 days, $3 off per day for the second 28 days, $4 off per day for the third 28 days, and $5 off per day for the fourth 28 days and each month after that.
90 Day Tax Advantage: Guests who make a reservation for 90 days or more can deduct the 11% sales tax if they pay for 90 days or more all at one time, potentially saving the guest hundreds of dollars. SC Tax savings example: A winter guest (December – February) staying 90 days (in 2015-16) on an oceanfront site with a concrete pad would save $401.61 in taxes by paying the 90 day balance of $3,651.90 at one time. A guest staying for 90 days during that same time frame on an oceanfront site with no pad would save $347.37 in taxes by paying the 90 day balance of $3,157.95 at one time. The amount would vary if a guest chose to stay during different seasons (see rates).
