Ocean Lakes Family Campground is a great place to work! We aren't just saying
that - our teammates (employees) told us so. The Jackson Companies, the parent company
of Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Ocean Lakes Properties and Ocean Lakes RV Center,
not only strive to make their guests and customers happy, but their teammates as
well! In the third "Teammate Opinion Survey" conducted in the last six years
(by an independent company) teammates responded to 68 questions that addressed everything
from guest service to company benefits.

 When asked what they would tell a friend, 91% of our
teammates said that they would recommend working for The Jackson Companies.
- Teammates indicated an 82% positive response indicating the level
of respect they have towards the managers and supervisors for which they work.
- The teammates agree that The Jackson Companies are committed to
guest service, as they respond overwhelmingly 92% positive to the question concerning
the level of commitment to guest service in their department.
